Investor and entrepreneur visas

Some visa categories are available to people who invest in or run a U.S. business. Eligibility depends on your nationality, the investment and the business. We help you find out whether you qualify.

When to call us

Immigration is federal law. Fees, forms and processing times change, so we confirm current details with you.

We review which categories may fit your plans and nationality.

I want to start a business here

We coordinate the business setup with the immigration filing.

I already own a U.S. business

We explain options for you and your key employees.

What we do

Immigration is federal law. Some categories depend on whether a country has a qualifying treaty with the United States. We do not handle removal (deportation) defense.

  • Treaty investor and treaty trader categories, where available
  • Immigrant investor options
  • Business plans and evidence of investment
  • Forming the U.S. company and documenting the funds
  • Extensions and changes in status

How it works

Timelines depend on the category and agency workload: treaty investor cases often take several months; immigrant investor cases often take years.

  1. STEP 1

    Eligibility

We review your nationality, goals and available funds.

  2. STEP 2

    Business setup

We form the company and document the investment.

  3. STEP 3

    File

We prepare and submit the petition or application.

  4. STEP 4

We help you meet ongoing conditions and renewals.

How we charge

We work on a flat-fee basis and quote the fee in writing before work begins, so you know the cost up front. Government and filing fees are separate.

Common questions

General information, not legal advice for your situation.

Does any investment qualify me for a visa?

No. Each category has specific requirements for the source and size of funds, the type of business and the investor's role.

Does my country matter?

For some categories, yes. They are open only to citizens of countries with a qualifying treaty.

Can I buy a house and get a visa?

Buying property by itself generally does not qualify. We explain what does.
